Warranty Policy

At NOXLUX, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. To give our customers peace of mind, we offer a limited 1-year warranty on all products (excluding any and all accessories including but not limited to: power plugs, cables, extensions and remotes) purchased directly from us. Please carefully review the terms and conditions of this warranty policy below.

1-Year Limited Warranty

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty requires your item to be within the warranty period to make a claim. In order to make a valid claim, you must show proof of purchase for your item(s) and accurately describe the damage or fault with the item. Once agreed that the described damage is covered by the warranty, we will arrange for your to send the product back at your own cost to our workshop. You must ensure that the returned product is safely and adequately packaged to protect from further damage during shipping; guidance to packaging can be provided upon request. Once the product arrives to our workshop, we will carry out inspections and carry out any repairs free of charge and return the product within the advertised manufacture timeframe period. If the product is deemed unrepairable, we will replace it with the exact same product free of charge.

The warranty covers, but is not limited to, electrical faults, burnt out LEDs, faulty circuit board(s).

Please note that any attempts to repair the poster will invalidate and void the warranty.

Exclusions from Warranty

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect or improper handling of the product; damage resulting from exposure to extreme environments (e.g. excessive heat, moisture or chemical exposure); tampering, unauthorised repairs or alterations to the product; damage caused by explicitly going against care and fitting advice.

If any of the above is determined during inspection, the warranty is void, and the product will be returned unrepaired unless a repair fee is agreed upon by the customer.

 

This warranty is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
