Shopping Information
Are these products hand made?
Yes! We hand make all of the products in our own workshop, which is why there is so much flexibility that we can offer for each of our LED posters.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location. For location specific estimations, please refer to our Shipping Policy page. All packages are shipped tracked and insured for your peace of mind.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United Kingdom, most of Europe and the USA, Canada, Australia, South Korea, Japan and Hong Kong. We are working on shipping globally, but shipping outside of the above locations is really expensive due to size and weight! If you're located outside of these regions, please contact us for potential options, we might be able to arrange delivery to your country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
While delays are rare, they can happen. Please note that since we hand make products, it is possible that we experience delays in the manufacture process, albeit rarely. If your package hasn't arrived, and you either do not yet have a tracking number or there is no movement on tracking, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
In cases that a package gets lost, do not worry, all parcels are insured so we will either issue you a refund or re-make the order and re-ship it.
Orders
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified as long as we have not started manufacturing it which you should be notified of via email. After this time, we may or may not be able to help with any modifications. If you want to modify the order in any way please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help with your query.
Do you offer gift packaging?
We do not currently have gift packaging as such, however, all of our orders are packaged the same way; in a padded box with foam covering your poster to protect it from damage during delivery.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
We're sorry this happened! If you received a damaged product, please contact us as soon as you can (within 48 hours) with attached photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement. Should you have been sent a poster with faulty modules (we play test each and every one - but it is possible for them to get faulty), please let us know so that we can repair it under warranty as quickly as possible.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns under UK law within 15 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. For more information, please visit our Refund Policy page.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once a return is delivered to our workshop, as soon as it is reviewed and approved a refund will be issued to the original payment method that was used to place the order. For more information, please visit our Refund Policy page.
Can I exchange an item?
No, exchanges are not always possible for our generic posters. Since our products are made to order, we will not be able to exchange them for a different one - the quickest way to exchange an item is to return them in the original packaging under the Refund Policy and order the new product. Custom poster orders are non-refundable, but all of these products are strictly protected under our Warranty Policy from accidental damage and faults.

Currently we operate a physical workshop to fulfill orders for our online store but do not have a physical shop.
